Rank Wise Post Distribution in UPSC 2021
The third iteration of UPSC Rank Wise Post allocation for the year 2021 has been released by the DoPT on its official website, A total of 176 candidates have been selected as IAS officers. A total of 685 candidates have qualified for this CSE 2021 of which 244 belong to the general category, 203 are from backward classes, 60 are from the ST category, 105 are from the SC category, and 73 are from EwS.

The final result of the UPSC Exam is concluded after the Mains and UPSC interview tests are done. The final result is declared by the UPSC on the basis of marks secured in the Mains and Interview round. This final result reveals the IAS rank of the candidates, and as per the cutoff, candidates are allocated to various Civil Services Posts. One of the highly preferred services is Indian Administrative Service (IAS), followed by the Indian Police Service (IPS).
